Cultural phenomenon Anne Rice, best known for her Vampire Chronicles, also penned a number of books about the historical Christ and the Byzantine era. This art book edition comes from Rice’s personal library. The book shows some typical shelf wear but is clean, bright, and tightly bound. It is inscribed to Anne Rice on the title page. It is also accompanied by a note to Rice on letterhead. Many collectors appreciate additional ephemera that helps establish the provenance of books from the personal libraries of well-known authors. A unique item with sentimental value for any Anne Rice collector.

In her final interview in 2021 with Michael Schaub, Anne Rice stated that she had “always possessed a profound and abiding love for my characters.” Her novel "Ramses the Damned: The Reign of Osiris" was published in 2022 and co-written with her son, the writer Christopher Rice.
