The Book is in Near Fine+ condition In a one-quarter dark brown leather over cream buckram binding, with gilt titles. Comes encased in the publisher's slipcase that has a signs of wear/smudging.

Also comes with a letter typed and signed by Ernie Bulow concerning his thoughts about this publication. On Buffalo Medicine Books letter head with the phone number scratched out and corrected, a dog eared corner to the upper left corner, else fine. 8.5 x 11 inches and folded across the middle to fit perfectly inside of the book. Signed at the end by Ernie in brown ink.
