A handsome edition in blue leatherette with a matching slipcase. The book is in Fine condition save for the front cover panel where some of the silver ink has rubbed away from the embossed seagull's tail. Some wrinkling to the end paper (please see photographs); possibly occurred during manufacturing.
A 1970 edition with "29" on the copyright page; an early slip-cased edition that is signed by the author. The fragile silver slipcase has light scuff marks and minor discoloration that is typical of this edition but is overall solid with no tears or breaks.
Small inscription to front fly leaf from previous owner. Hard Cover Leatherette, Slipcased. Parrish Books guarantees all signatures as authentic.
