Subtitled: Stories for a Life's Journey. A book designed to "aid in the task of the moral education of the young." Preceded by Bennett's "The Book of Virtues." In fine unread condition but for a very minor mark on the edge, with gold gilt cover designed and page edges, moire silk endpapers and bound-in silk bookmark. 824 pp. including an extensive index.
