A charming, fanciful poster in full color signed for Parrish Books by Maurice Sendak in the bottom right hand corner and professionally framed. Featured as the cover of the 1995 publication of the tender story written by the younger of the Brothers Grimm with Sendak's haunting illustrations. Finely framed in a quality metal aluminum frame, double matted with all cotton mats and UV (conservation) plexiglass to preserve the poster and signature. Fully finished on the back with quality metal hanger and professional detailing. All done to museum standards with quality conservation materials. A beautiful presentation and important artist and signature. Our valiant efforts at photographing this piece does not do it justice; gorgeous in person.
