Kushner, an award-winning playright, is a longtime friend of Maurice Sendak and this book traces Sendak's life and work from 1980 to the present with beautiful illustrations that exhibit the artistry for which Sendak is so well known. In dark blue cloth, the book is in fine unread condition but for light bumps on the bottom corners and quite large (11" x 11 1/2") with 223 pp. The colorful Sendak-illustrated dustjacket is complete and in fine condition in a protective plastic cover.
